**If you would like to pay dues please do so before registering for the annual meeting. Membership costs are outlined below:
Members, Nonmembers and Technicians: 150 USD
New Investigator Members and Nonmembers: 65 USD
Undergraduate Students: 40 USD


To ensure you receive the best registration rate and hotel discount, please book your hotel first to obtain your reservation number, renew or join SSIB if needed to secure member rates, and then complete your meeting registration.

Headquarter Hotel Discount
SAVE $200- BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM AT LOEWS PHILADELPHIA HOTEL.

If you book your hotel room at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel via SSIB's Hotel Reservation Link, by the hotel reservation deadline on July 2, (or while rooms are available) you will receive $200 off your meeting registration. Reservations made outside of SSIB's hotel reservation link will not be eligible for the meeting registration discount.

Enter your Loews Philadelphia Hotel hotel confirmation number at the time of registration to receive $200 off your meeting registration.

Additional Details:
  1. - Reservations made outside of SSIB's hotel reservation link will not be eligible for the meeting registration discount.
  2. - No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
  3. - If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
  4. - Discounts cannot be applied to paid registrations, so be sure to enter your hotel code before making a registration payment in order to receive your discount.
  5. - If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
  6. - Confirmation numbers and reservations will be verified. If at any point your confirmation number or hotel reservation is proven to be invalid you will be charged the 200 USD balance.
