The group hotel rate has been extended until until July 2, 2026, or until the group block is full. After this date, reservations will be based on availability and rates will increase. We encourage you to make your reservations before the deadline to secure the best rate.


Headquarter Hotel Discount
Receive a discount off the conference registration rate. Reservations must be made via SSIB's Hotel Reservation Link by the hotel reservation deadline on June 18 (or while rooms are available).
  1. - Reservations made outside of SSIB's hotel reservation link will not be eligible for the meeting registration discount.
  2. - No more than 2 people may use the same hotel reservation to receive this discount.
  3. - If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation.
  4. - Discounts cannot be applied to paid registrations, so be sure to enter your hotel code before making a registration payment in order to receive your discount.
  5. - If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
  6. - Confirmation numbers and reservations will be verified. If at any point your confirmation number or hotel reservation is proven to be invalid you will be charged the 200 USD balance.
