  SSIB SERVICES AND CORPORATE DONATION SCHEDULE

   Tax Deductable Donations

  Corporate Donor (1) -  < $1000. Gracious thanks (1) in Annual Meeting Program Booklet (2) orally at the Annual Meeting banquet
  Corporate Donor (2) - Donation of $2000.  (1) – (3) as above plus (4)  Either thanks on poster hung at Annual Meeting or thanks in all Newsletters for one year.
  Corporate Sponsor – Donation of $3000 – (1) – (4) as for Donor plus (4) thanks in Annual Meeting Abstract issue of Appetite, an archival journal with circulation of thousands (this is essentially an acknowledgement footnote; one footnote for all); (5) free 1-page ad in Annual Meeting Program Book; (6) subscription to SSIB Newlsetter for one year; (7)  any other advertising and exhibiting services at ½ price; ONE free registration at Annual Meeting (including Banquet).
  Corporate Benefactor – Donation of $5000 or more – (1) – (6) as above plus (7) additional thanks in issue of Physiology & Behavior containing review articles based on Annual Meeting; (8) one of each advertising and exhibiting services for the nominal fee of $1; (9) TWO free registrations for Annual Meeting; (10) identification of a symposium, oral session, or poster session at Annual Meeting as “sponsored by…” in Annual Meeting Program Booklet, orally during the session, and on poster (prepared by SSIB or supplied) hung during the session, if desired.

  SSIB is a nonprofit charitable corporation.  All donations (but not services) are fully tax-deductible.  SSIB's federal tax identification number is 13-3412239.

   Advertising and Exhibiting – fee for service

  Annual Meeting Program Booklet Ad  - $200 for first page; $50 for each additional page.
  Intake Ad – (Contingent on availability of space; SSIB newsletter is published three times per year) - $200 first ad; $50 second ad.
  Annual Meeting poster Ad – 3' x 5’ poster (supplied by exhibitor) and hung during Annual Meeting - $200 per poster.
  Annual Meeting Unmanned Booth – one 3' x 6’ skirted table on which books or brochures may be displayed and one poster - $500.
  Annual Meeting Manned Booth – Three 3' x 6’ skirted tables on which to set up, plus a chair and registration for one corporate representative - $1000.
