This form is for paying your SSIB dues and other fees online using Visa or MasterCard only. IMPORTANT: Do NOT pay for registration until you have registered online. Do NOT pay for an abstract until you have submitted it. Paying for items before they are submitted will cause your account to be billed incorrectly. After checking the items you wish to pay, please click "CLICK HERE TO CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT" button. On the payment confirmation page, you will see all the payment options you have selected. If everything is correct, please click "CLICK HERE TO MAKE A SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT" button. This will transfer you to a secure site to submit your credit card information. Upon successful completion of the process, you will have the opportunity to print your receipt. You will also receive a confirmation by email. Registration fees cover the cost of the banquet for the participant.
